Focused work. Straightforward service.

Witcher Built currently focuses on single-trade specialty work and smaller residential projects that fit Georgia requirements.

Each project starts with a practical conversation about the result you want, the condition of the home, and the right scope for the work.

Good questions before good work.

Do you provide estimates?

Yes. Start by sharing the project details. We’ll review the scope and explain the appropriate next step before scheduling a visit or preparing pricing.

Are you licensed?

Not yet — we’re currently pursuing our Georgia Residential Basic Contractor license and only take on work that doesn’t require one.

What types of projects do you take?

Witcher Built currently focuses on exempt single-trade specialty work—such as painting, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, siding, fencing, and insulation—plus smaller projects that fit Georgia requirements.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We can review insurance-related finish repairs, including drywall, paint, and flooring restoration, when the scope fits our current services. Tell us whether a claim is open or approved in the project form.

How does the process work?

We review your request, contact you to discuss the project, schedule a consultation when appropriate, provide a written proposal, and then schedule approved work.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, existing conditions, material availability, and site access. The anticipated schedule is discussed before work begins.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Not always. Access and occupancy needs are discussed before scheduling so you know when someone must be present.

What areas do you serve?

Witcher Built serves Greater Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities, including Ball Ground, Cartersville, Lawrenceville, and Fayetteville.

What happens after I submit a project request?

We review your information, request photos in our reply, contact you about fit and next steps, and arrange a property consultation for qualifying projects.
